3. Orders & Cancellations

• Customers can cancel their orders before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

• In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

• VedzHeal.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• VedzHeal.com does not store any payment details.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines vary based on product type and vendor location.

• VedzHeal.com is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Return eligibility varies by product. Water purifiers are non-returnable.

• Customers have 7 days from delivery to request a return (if applicable).

• Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be provided based on the customer’s choice and product eligibility.

7. User Conduct

• Users must provide accurate information when making a purchase.

• Any fraudulent activity, including false reviews or chargebacks, will lead to account suspension.
